  • Dried white fungus25g
  • Chinese jujube40g
  • Dried lotus seed100g
  • Longan35g
  • Pear, diced 1pc
  • Water1500cc
  • Rock sugar140g

Process

Soak dried white fungus to soft then cut into small piece.

Boil dried lotus seed for thirty minutes then filter. Cull out the bitter seed with toothpick.

In a pot, add water 1500cc to boil then put dried white fungus, chinese jujube, dried lotus seed, longan and pear in.

Cook for sixty minutes and season with rock sugar.
